Default Cup Car

There's probably a very obvious answer to this question, but how does one go about purchasing a 997 cup car?

Demand exceeds Supply each build year. Established race teams already competing full seasons in the various series have priority, with 08 model already spoken for. My suggestion is that you look used. A well sorted "stock" car will sell north of $170k used. Cars with extensive Data and Spares will be more. Figure about $700 to $1000.00 per hour to maintain depending on your use.

There is an 05 and an 06 on the Rennlist classifieds under race cars. Otherwise the best way is to call the bigger race shops like Farbacher, Kelly Moss, TRG, Assco and see what they have. They often have someone looking to sell.

A bit of an over-statement. I assume you were joking. The engines in the Cup are basically the same as what is in your GT3.

It is a new pit strategy the teams are using this year in the WCGT Cup Series this year.
