Default Canadian “STOLEN” 997.2 gt3rs Aqua blue

It’s with heavy hearts that I say my beloved 2011 gt3 rs was stolen on sept 18 at 6:00 am along With the 21 jeep parked in front .
Please excuse me bad grammar and punctuation
but I’ll give some brief details on what happen on this sad day .
I’ve owned the car since 2012 she was my first sport car and the only one I ever needed to own . She was perfect .
Mon the morning of sept 18 I heard hear start up and storm down my drive way .
I need they were taking her right away and jump up running towards the door seeing all the back of my car storming off . First thing I did was call the cops and getting dress at the same time . In my mind I wanted to hope on my bmw 1000 and chase them . But the cop was dragging on about information as I hear my car from a distant 😢

so what happen . They came for the jeep got and and automatically went for the garage door opener .
And on the day I was having fun with my car drove it too a Porsche meet came home and left the keys on the counter . I usually retrieve and bring them in the house but these day I didn’t and now it cost me 😞

I’m hoping the car Unity and law-enforcement could help me locate my car as it is a special and not many around so please if you hear anything or know what I should do or and help me in anyway please please contact me . I’m happy to say nobody was hurt
cameras didn’t pick up much because my av guy installed cheap cameras that are no help .

how many hope is she will appear again or be found .
I don’t know what to do expect stay positive and hope she returns so please post re share send out the msg if we can 🙏🏻🙏🏻

thank you 🙏🏻

I saw this posted on the only997carrera's Instagram page yesterday. I was wondering if it was your car. Looked very family from some pictures you've posted in the past.

Very sorry to hear this. I hope it's recovered in one piece. I guess take the positive that no one in your family was hurt during the ordeal. Best of luck.

Terrible news. I'm saddened and have to say that I too leave my keys with the car on occasion. That ends today and they are going in the safe.

Lets hope you get the car back soon and it's not parted out. Sad thing is that these parts can be bolted up to any 997.

yes take any measure possible. It’s sad to say but Toronto has been turning into a ****ty city. with a lot of Robberies and shootings .

That’s the part I hope isn’t true . Keeping my eyes out on the parts market

It's common to break into the car in the driveway and look for the garage door opener. Just happened to my neighbor. Truthfully, I sometimes leave my keys in the garage, but my house is behind a gate, so we have a possibly false sense of security.

I am so damn sorry to hear about this. It's so painful it must be unbelievable.

Hope you're able to get it recovered, or at a minimum get what you need financially to get into another one. Best of luck. We all should be on the lookout for parts off of this car appearing on various sites as well (eBay, for instance).

Terrible car to steal... moving that car will be a nightmare.

Can you post your VIN here and your identifying parts list that arnt OEM?... whoever stole it will either 1) have to part it out and we will know exactly when those parts hit the market 2) take off all the RS bits to make it look like a base 911 and ship w/fake registration to mexico...there is still very little chance it wont get noticed 3) hang onto it for 30 years... even then this thread will still exist.
