I've got a set of HRG coming as well, I will take measurements but I'm sure they're fine. I paid $90 to HRG and he included O rings and shipping! I will likely model a set myself and machine it out of 6061.
It's pretty cool we can use these fittings and bypass the Cup lines entirely!

I'd buy one if he makes more, but I have no personal dealings with Rothsport yet. Think he'd make one for a random guy?
I'd love to check out your car, hope to see you at the track one of these days.

Since you're modeling and designing your own fittings, may I suggest making the hex size to standard AN-6 which uses 11/16" wrench. The orange color fittings I got from ebay have unnecessarily big hex size for 1" wrench. That is good for getting a strong grip on the fittings before its install on the rack but once they're on the rack I'd imagine it'll take some patience and cursing to put a 1" wrench up in that area. Will need a stubby 1" wrench. The HRG fittings look to have smaller hex size than 1".
If you're removing the AC compressor then getting all Cup parts makes the belt drive conversion a "buy & fit" situation. If you're keeping the AC with Cup idler pulley then you'll need to experiment with belt lengths to determine final belt size unless someone else hase done it and provided the info. You could just get a 1693mm or 1690mm belt like I did. See post #605 in this link-

the angle of the studs are 45 degrees. the diameter of the pump base is 100mm. here are some measurements:
(ignore the square, that was just me messing with a base plate)

Sweet, thanks for those diagrams/measurements. Might not be a bad idea. Also the clamp mounting solution posted looks viable as well.. I've got access to a full metal/fabrication shop, may as well take advantage of that... Just sometimes, easier to buy it.

once I finalize, I will share more as well. this whole thing has just been an exercise for me to learn how to model and build!

HRG stuff showed up. They come with OEM Porsche O-rings. Looks like the high pressure HRG end is a tad larger.
Adding HRG measurements inline with Tom's Rebel measurements:
Low pressure fitting (top -> bottom OEM/Rebel/HRG)
High pressure fitting (top -> bottom OEM/Rebel/HRG)
