Sorry, but this is blatantly false and those of us that have been here since the beginning know the real information and the chronology. You may have been the first company to bring a replacement switch product to market, but were quickly superceded in both finish quality (your first 3 generations we're hard plastic textured coatings, not soft touch like the original switches), fit quality (your switches would rattle in place), and functionality (yours would get stuck when operated).
MA Carbon released a soft touch coating product that installed properly, worked properly, and lasted, before you ever came out with the Revolution product that was supposed to be a dramatic improvement to try and stay in the game. So, no, all switches available are not copies of yours (thank goodness), and in fact, your Revolution versions may have been attempted copies of theirs, but history has shown the durability of yours isn't equal to theirs, so a poor copy at that.
I have no idea what iteration your currently on since I stopped paying attention to all your revised offerings years ago, but you should be very careful about making false statements to this community because the forum admins (like me) who have been here for a decade pay attention every day and look out for the new members.
There was no effort made by ClimaRepair to even DISCUSS my issue, never mind resolve it. They got my money for overpriced switches and Euro shipping and I learned a valuable lesson about heeding customer feedback before buying. Caveat Emptor. At least I don't have to pay any more greenbacks to enjoy their thinly-veiled spam posts here.
why did you have to purchase 3 pairs of switches? 3 997/987s?
In past 11 years I've owned (7) 997's - 2 997S, 3 997C4S + 2 997C4.
3 of my 1st 6 997's needed switches.
My current C4 need switches and I went the Amazon route. At $39 including shipping it was a good deal and very happy with them.
**I just checked today and they are $29.99 with free Prime Shipping
I’ve bought two sets of his switches 4 years ago (the 2nd set as a backup) but the first set is still looking brand new (I must’ve gotten a good batch) so I do like his product but don’t appreciate his constant spamming on threads here and there where it’s obvious he’s posting a word or two like “Great pic!” just to draw attention to his business. Why not just post a comment pertinent to your business instead of those stupid spam posts?

As I had to look for a solution - these seem to be the best looking ones from aliExpress - i did compare with other brands etc.
Guys they have arrived.
I will install these tonight but here are mythoughts b4 i install later.
1) the packaging is insane - they wont get crushed or damaged via international travel
2) the TEMP font looks VERY good, as good as the CC ones I have (I had admitted were the best looking ones in terms of the font) - there is a very minor crookedNess to the font, but its not anymore crooked then that of oem switch
3) the surface of the switch is smooth. there is a mild sheen to them suggesting they *may* have a mild hard semi Matte coating that will help them stay protected over time. my CC ones were v5 and they had a rough texture to them (the comparison post is https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...l#post18052407)
overall comparison - imo none of them are perfect. if you want perfect go maCarbon.
aliExpress ERISUN - $30 shipped (for worldwide customers)
- PROs - fitment + size is perfect as oem. cheap in price including international shipping (30$ USD SHIPPED). smooth finish like - smoothest of the bunch imo. font looks really good + clean
- CONs - text is slightly crooked + is greyer then oem lettering. not sure if there is a matte coating so lets see how long they will last.

pakCee - $30 shipped (for usa customers)
- PROs - fitment + size is perfect as oem. cheap in price for USA buyers (30$ USD SHIPPED - other countries will pay more for shipping). overall finish has a matte clearcoat protecting the switches. text is as white as oem
- CONs - font looks a tad bulky and is a tad crooked

ClimaRepair - $50 + shipping
- PROs - fonts looks great + perfectly lined up and text is white as oem. imo the nicest looking of the bunch.
- CONs - rubber finish isnt smooth (v5... v6 may have corrected?). fitment MAY. need (both sets i ordered required) manual filing to fit properly (v5 ..... v6 may have corrected?). coating may/may not last unless v6 - 2021 issue. most expensive even at 50$ + shipping. Switches are not based on oem mold from the comparison photos (v5..... v6 may have corrected?) - not really a con as long as they fit and work smoothly.

AMAZON - i havnet purchased these, but most of them look the least oem of the bunch due to the blocky fonts used, so i avoided them.
1) AliExpress ERISUN switches vs oem - fitment + size are identical to oem. they pop right in ad work perfectly. the ClimaCare ones I purchased in the past I had to file them down as per their instructions to get them to fit and work smoothly. ive also attached repost a previous photo of the ClimaCare vs oem vs PACKEE switches.
2) aliExpress ERISUN installed - the text is slightly more grey then the other white oem font - but the font does match
3) installed!

^^Very good summary & photos!
This entire Thread is a perfect example of how product competition brings down costs for the consumer.
What had initially cost $250 several years ago for a pair of TEMP-FAN Buttons are now $30 for an excellent quality pair.

Visiting the Rennlist forum again after quite a while, because I was looking for the infamous climate control buttons topic
Just ordered the ESIRSUN ones, cost me 11,20 EUR That's practically for free...
Package was delivered after 1,5 weeks, the buttons look great.
Like MYW said, packaging is very thorough, and the buttons themselves appear to be high quality.
For this price it is an absolute no-brainer
