Thanks...I think the low $30's might be the bottom of the 997.2 curve no matter the miles, but time will tell!

I agree. Would not at all be surprised if it hit mid-$70's.

Deal check please!

I have found a 2010 c2 base with 91,000 miles. coupe, manual transmission. (approx 82k build sheet) PPI revealed minor issues such as low rear brake pads / rotors and a ball joint needing attention. I'd plan on new shocks, brakes etc. at the same time.

Thoughts on a price of 33k? Figure it will be around 35k after needed fixes / baseline maintenance. Any estimate of how much of a pricing hit is taken at 100k miles?

Ditto - I say $75k plus fees. It's a nice build.....if you can deal with a black car.

considering this price point I’d say 28-30. When was clutch last replaced?

Car needs tires and some maintenance, but overall a nice clean car and a great driver as I intend to use her for DD duties. When taken care of, these cars hide their mileage very well.

Not sure I would touch this car absent huge due diligence. Something just does not feel right here.

Robb Francis Sports car has this thing listed in New Jersey since at least 11-04-2020. They have it listed as sold, but it is back in another dealer's hands, albeit, more of a whole seller type of dealer now just 3 months later so one of two things stick out in my mind: (1) Robb Francis could not sell it and whole sold it to the current dealer listing it on PCA; or (2) Robb Francis sold it to an individual who found something wrong (perhaps core scoring) who immediately turned around and consigned it to the current seller on PCA Market.

The current seller seems to be more of a whole seller, consignment type of company. I am also leery of any dealer using PCA market. PCA Market seems to bring much less money for sellers and the BAT peanut gallery heavily scrutinize and brings things to attention about the cars listed.

PCA Market Seller was asked about DME and bore scoring. He answered about DME, but was painfully silent and completely ignored comment about bore scoring.

The clutch is believed to be original. I feel like I see the manual cars commanding a premium over the pdk, but it sure would be nice to have sport chrono. Maintenance history shows lots of oil changes, and a few misc items like AOS, plugs, coils, etc.

At a day + a few hours out it sits at $51k. This is going be like an ad hoc price guessing game for a Pcar Markt car, similar to the thread on BAT. . . Let's see where it comes in. . . especially in light of some oft history unearthed here. . .

You should factor in another ~$4k or so for the clutch. It might be higher (closer to $6k) depending on which market you are in. My 997.1 had a new clutch in when Purchased it. It was replaced at 35k miles (older previous owner that probably rode the clutch a bit too much). I agree w/ previous posters that it is going to be due for a replacement soon at that kind of mileage.
