This one has been lowered twice. Is seems to be a flip as it was listed another dealer previously. I like the options except the sport seats which irritate my shoulder.
Have been keeping an eye out for a 997.2 6MT GTS or C4S cab and right now there are only 4 in all the US. . . This is one of them. There is a Speed Yellow one that also shows up on searches but it is a PDK not 6MT. . .
Given the Carfax, curious to see how long this one is out there for. Guards red is not for me, but know plenty of folks like that color. . ..
Stopped by the dealer this afternoon and car is already gone. . .
However, they had a 997.2 Silver C2 Coupe PDK that they “might” take in on a trade. It looks pretty good, looks like it had been driven but paint looked like it was in pretty good shape, no idea on miles or anything else. If you are looking for something like that keep an eye on their website or reach out. . .
I agree as long as carfax is clear. It has good options and that color is amazing

It will definitely sell quickly at that price.
I happened to be 3 miles away when I saw the post, so stopped by to see the car. It was up on a lift so got a close look at the undercarriage and paint looks real good. Car has aftermarket black grills to protect radiators on front. It also has a couple of passive devices that apparently are used to alert animals and perhaps avoid car/animal collisions.
I got my hands on the CarFax and it is a 3 owner car. It is a consignment sale, so sales rep told me that they can ask owners for service records. Not clear what is available. Previous owner basically “aged out” and wasn’t driving car as much as he would’ve liked. I have a paper copy of the CarFax if someone is really interested. No record of work on brake pads or clutch, so I’d suspect some work may be due soon. I’d also have a PPI done to check on the major wear items and those that need to be addressed based on age rather than miles.
Selling shop is also open to doing a PPI. Didn’t ask them to do a test drive as it snowed yesterday and the roads here are a complete mess, so thought it didn’t make sense to have him drop the lift so I could take a closer look.
Nothing remarkable on the CarFax. Fluid changes, spark plugs and tires. Car has Toyo tires on it right now. I like the car, just not sure I am ready to pull the trigger yet, but would love to take it out and get a feel for the differences between the 997.2 and my 997.1. Will have to wait til roads are clear and better. If you are really interested and need local eyes, I am happy to assist. Would be a good trial run for eventually going through the process. PM me if you want some local support.

FWIW, the Hagerty price for a Concours is $53k, and a #2 Excelent comes in at $48.5k, so this one may be overpriced by $5k to $10k, doesn’t mean someone won’t buy it for that much.

C4S cab, 59K miles, 6MT. Price is a bit dear but perhaps fitting for the market.

I would imagine that it's difficult for the various sites that publish valuation assessments to stay on top of the 997 market. I think those Hagerty values are in the rearview mirror now.
VT Blue has called it right in noting that the price is high, but maybe to be expected in the market as it now exists.
Looking at the history of the car in the CarFax; photos of the car itself; and the build / spec - I think it has good bones and excellent potential (pending a good PPI report.) The car just needs some TLC and a caretaker who can bring out its full potential.

Agreeeed.
Considering how high the prices have been lately, I think this will sell fast if they market it correctly.
