There was a super clean 2010 C4S manual for sale recently: 40,000 miles, manual, Atlas Grey, great build, super clean. PSE, Adaptive Sport Seats, full black leather: the car was awesome. It had a small ding on the carfax (other damage reported) but it was on sale at a Volvo northern Georgia dealership (trade in) for $51k. The sales guy said it was pretty darn close to perfect, considering the mileage.

Did anyone here snap it up? I almost bought it, as I love Atlas and I even with the Carfax ding, it is worth that all day long. They were going to send me pics, but by the time they got around to it, someone else had stopped by and bought it.

From the seller:
"Tiptronic Turbo. 115k miles Perfect interior. Have had Recaro seat in it for the last 5 year. Stock grey seats stored in home all this time. Motor removed at 100k miles to replace all heat worn parts and gasket and o-rings on oil and water intercoolers. Changed starter and ground strap. Changed plugs, injectors and new cam chain tensioners. Did leak down test and all was perfect. Carfax shows 5 owners they are, Porsche of Austin, Porsche of Plano(Dallas), the original owner, an exotic car dealer, and Me. Car is fast and beautiful. It was a daily driver for me. Have re-powder coated the wheels and have a fifth wheel for a spare. Added FV Brombacher exhaust and software. Added fabspeed fresh air intake.
Replaced front bumper cover after being struck by a piece of tire tread on the interstate. Dealer replaced belts and all idler pullies when I had it in for the bumper cover. Had the car polished and a ceramic coat added in October. Had it listed for 65k. Cannot get any reponse. Ill start at $47500.00"

Still, tempting. It would be a fun 9 hour drive home

I saw that car and agree. It was a really nice example. The CarFax ding was something to consider, but not a deal breaker if you can buy it in the high 40's.

The sales guy said they sold it at asking. If it were a minor ding, I woulds have been all over it. Nikd (I think) had a similar car posted last year and took a $4500 write-down for a stupid $700 3mph parking lot incident. I think anyone here in the market would pay mid 50's for that car w/o the ding, so $51k with seems like just as good of a deal. Atlas Grey is special.

Apologies if this has been posted, but $24k for a 997 4s? I know it's high mileage @ 111500 but this sounds really cheap to me:

Seems legit. You can search the VIN and get the dealer listing where it was last sold and the Carfax report at that time.

Agree. Better deal if manual. Wish it had heated seats.

amazing deal on that meteor gray, the buckets have been pulled and replaced with base seats though
