Not to get too deep into the "best" year, but I thought folks had a bias for the Mezger engine, which the .2's did not have?

Speaking of which, had the rep for that Terracotta interior TT cab send me picks...yeah, too red, and not complimented well by the supple leather...it looked like worn out lady parts.

2009's were the only year with the Mezger and the .2 interior updates.

More objectively, the "best" year for a 997TT would be a .2 version because of the improved engine that made more power, didn't have coolant pipes/camshaft issues, and had other nice updates, but the Mezger Mystique definitely counts for something and the 09 is the "best" year for the .1s.

That a lot of people who ordered them wanted them for their daily commute as they sip their Starbucks. They may have even had a larger circumference than most and needed ease or ingress/egress.
