Thanks you @Tom@TPC Racing!
Very informative. Does this swap, in your opinion, translate to something which can be felt in the overall steering feel and handling of the car? Street and track car.

Won't fit OEM Carrera shocks. Need GT3 or equivalent aftermarket coilovers.
Most GT3 and GT3 Cup variant uprights use different wheel speed sensors that require crazy modification to make fit. Drilling, precise machining, welding...

I have the adapter parts including the sleeves that I make to make this a bolt-on installation.
Cayman and Boxster have completely different rear shocks that aren't interchangeable.

Yes, it is possible to install 997 GT3 PASM shocks on 997 C2/C2S with the use of adapter parts. See post #1 of this thread.

what is the cost for sleeves?
the reason I ask is because I might want to replace suspension on my 997 gt3. And sell the oem suspension.
Would the bilstein b16 damptronic be good for my gt3?

Also do you guys rebuild GT3 shocks? What would that go for?
Trying to figure out a compliant suspension with drop (I find my Eibach pro kit a little harsh on LA streets and pot holes).
THANK YOU!
