"Drove the snot out of my car on backcountry roads in southern VA. What a great day to explore the mountain twistys."

Did the same yesterday before the rain, in Poconos back roads. Wonderful 150 miles drive! The car is as good as touted. Top down, nice sunshine, it doesn't get better.

Default I'm boring, I've just been driving mine

I'm content with the performance of mind, I always have a smile as I listen to the engine.

No pics but I went for a spirited 350km drive with a 911 GT2 RS, 911 GT3 and a 911 GT3 RS. My turbo more than held its own.....

My least favorite part of polishing: masking.

With the help of my neighbor, replaced spark plugs and ignition coils at 4 year service interval following the excellent DIY threads from this forum. The project was mostly successful. While retightening one of the torx screws that held the rear passenger side ignition coil in place, I snapped the screw in half. I'm still kicking myself over that, but hopefully one screw will be sufficient to hold the coil in place. From start to finish was just under 6 hours. I'm happy to not have to do that again for another 4 years/60k miles.

Test drive upon completion went smoothly and the car seemed to accelerate faster. Many thanks to the creators of the DIYs!

How bad were the ignition coils when you took them out?

They looked to be in good shape. No cracks to be seen in any of them.

That's good to know that they are holding good.
