Drove it at PCA Track day at Harris Hill Raceway. Wasn't exactly fast, but I had a blast!

Just keep pressing the fun pedal outta the corners and you'll start going faster!

[QUOTE=david;11306358]Love the angle of the video! Any chance that you can share a pic of the cam mounted?{/quote}I'll find one tomorrow and post it.
Yeah, I was going a little soft, braking a little early and not getting on it fast enough. I can definitely see how I can pick up quite a bit of speed.

Great fun MYW! If I drove past that driveway I'd have to stop and say Hi.
Today, I did the dreaded Wheel-Off Detail. Now I have clean wheel wells and clean Lobster Barrels! I give it a week

Yesterday, I attended the 2014 Pine Island Concours in the Sun Fun area of the Carolinas region. Unfortunately the weather was lousy, and most of the expected cars did not show. Despite the rain, wind, and chilly temps a few die-hards showed up with their P-cars. Yes, some of us are willing to get our babies wet.
Here are some pix. The SC was a big hit; that car has been around awhile and won numerous awards. I really liked the Ocean Blue 993 Carrera S. The camouflage "dipped" Cayman was an odd one. Nice 993 C4 in black too.

Good Morning to the community, I actually purchased my 1st 997 today, also my 1st Porsche I've ever owned. It was Saturday to be truthful, so I guess today was the 1st day I really got to enjoy it, as it was Raining on my pickup day. I still have a smile on my face and had to look in the garage to make sure I wasn't dreaming when I woke up. Can't wait to meet fellow enthusiasts and gain a wealth of knowledge. Hello to all.

Did a buttload of routine and preventative maintenance to the car this past weekend as the car turned over 80K miles and I’ve had it for a couple years now:
Replaced engine oil and filter
Replaced air filter
Replaced cabin air filter
Replaced brake pads and brake fluid flush
Replaced transmission gear oil
Replaced serpentine belt
Replaced spark plugs (coils visually checked ok)
Replaced water pump and coolant flush
Replaced starter/alternator cable (what a bitch that was)
Overall general inspection
Should have replaced the AOS while I was in there but failed to plan ahead and get a new one. At least I know how to get to it when I do need to replace it.
