What did you do to your 997 today?

Actually, my carbon door sills are the type that don't light up, so it was a pretty straight forward install. Except that I messed up the alignment slightly on one side and had to redo it. Plus the original sills are a bitch to get off!
And yes I do have a leather wrapped rear center console. Did that last year. But once done it's a slippery slope, because all the other plastic bits begin to look cheap in comparison. Since getting the console, I've added some other leather upgrades little by little over the past year.
Leather console and shift trim
Upgraded leather armrest
Leather defroster vents
Leather door pull spears and inner mirror triangles

I had my 2-month-old (to me) 2010 C2 detailed, debadged and VentureShield installed. With a cloudy day and a Meteor Grey car, the pictures don't show how great it looks. The car was covered with "acid rain spots" that are now completely gone. You can barely see where the VentureShield coverage ends.
A big thumbs up to Rashed Haque at Speed and Tech Motoring, LLC Herndon, VA. He covered the front third of the fenders, the hood, bumper, headlights, running lights and rear view mirrors. The factory applied protection on the lead edge of the rear fenders was yellowing, so he replaced that, too, with a larger piece for better coverage. This is the third vehicle he has done for me in the last three years and every one has looked great. I highly recommend his work, you can reach him at 703-565-4508. (I am just a satisfied customer, I have no involvement in his business.)
Even my wife was amazed at how much better the car looks. It looks so good, that when Rashed suggested the car needs a set of chrome exhaust tips, my wife agreed and said "yes we need to get them, those stock tips don't look so good!"

Having a Fister exhaust installed right now, can't wait for the ride home! I wasn't going to mod this car at all...but just too quiet. Other posts here are giving me bad ideas...!

Craig,
How does your tint look around the "dots" on the back? I just got my black 997 tinted and it's not even around the dots in some areas. I know it's a known problem but yours looks good from what I can see.
Love the all black look!
