Default Fitted hardtop.

Installed my recently purchased used hardtop for adjustment and fit and to see how it looks. Total cost was around $1000. $500 for the top, $330 for the new style screw in receptors and $100 to rent a van to pick it up in NY. HardTop had new screw in fittings on it already so that saved me a bunch. Threads on one side of the screw down were slightly crossed but I was able to work through them by working the allen wrench back and forth until it threaded down smoothly.

Used it to make routine chores, less routine. Pet Smart to pick up dog food, Lowe's to get a dryer vent hose, and Kroger for some milk.

Took my son to the Atlanta Porsche Experience today for his 21st birthday. Had a great time watching him log 90 minutes on the track.

Installed my ceramic coated fisters and Fabspeed black chrome tips with my nephew. Done in one evening. Now with the previously installed SharkWerks X pipe and the Faspeed intake it sounds the bees knees.

I like those black tips. Would look good on my GTS, which has the chrome tips inside the black shroud and they look odd to me.

^^^^ fully agree on the GTS. Black or black chrome tips would look much better with the nice sporty shroud thats on these cars.

I am happy with the way they came out. I was afraid that the black would not look good on the brown car, but I think they look great! Less cleaning with black.

Perhaps when I take off my Champions in the fall, I will get them powder coated to match.
