Sounds good to me! IM_H_O: Make sure you do NOT wash and clean the car when you get back! Keeping it dirty makes it easier to drive on the more marginal days of winter that have yet to come.

Drive the heck out of it tomorrow. Should be a great day to get out. Wish I had my new Turbo to join you. I'll just have to continue waiting.

At least we have Sunday night's rain to wash off the salt and get rid of most of the snow. Even when it gets warm here, if there's snow on the edge of the road, the road gets wet from the melting and you end up getting the leftover salt from the previous storms that's still on the road. That's why I LOVE when it rains hard if there's snow around.

Drive the hell out of them, don't store them!

I bet the mechanical issues created by excessive storing is > the damage done by salt that is reasonably cleaned! (not to mention depreciation!)

I woke mine up yesterday. Already drove the hell out of it. 6 speed manual felt right at home. Throttling into a corner instead of braking is a good feeling...

Funny thing about this post was that I thought about taking him out in the rain. we get so few days of rain I thought it I might justify the C4S moniker with a little drive.

Go figure.

The P-cars (including mine) were out in force today- even saw a CGT "in nature" for the first time.

Too bad tomorrow (Sunday) we go back to rain... Me thinks this winter ain't finished...

I had a great drive yesterday. First, I removed the cover, re-set the tire air pressures to 37/44 psi, removed the battery tender and started her up. Wonderful!

I did notice when backing out of the garage, a slight crunch coming from the front end. I am not sure if it were the brakes but eveything seemed OK. There weren't any flat spots on the tires after about two months.

Has anyone stored their car for a few months without increasing tire pressures? If so, any issues?
