Mine has windshield wipers, rain isn't a problem.

I thought wipers were an extra cost option on Porsches.

I'm not familiar with the back roads of Ashburn (though my brother lives there), but I am a fan of the Walker Rd, State Route 603, and Seneca Rd loop off of Georgetown Pike.

We had an incredible day in SoCal. I put the car up on jacks and hosed off all the cra that I got on it recently when driving during all the rains. (Palm fronds are not good for air intakes or air damns!) Was 80ºF something today!
