Default Softronic ECU Flash - Waking Up Your 997

If you have not heard of Softronic, then you are missing out on one of the best ways to improve driveability and increase HP and TQ. Softronic is the only company to use Porsche Bosch tools to do true OBDII flashing for your 997. Softronic differentiates itself by tuning using the factory knock and oxygen sensors. By doing this, there is no need to purchase a seperate "race" map like what other tuners require. When you bolt on basic modifications such as a intake, exhaust, or put in race gas, the ECU will adjust much like the stock one does for these variables.

Softronic goes in and changes the mapping on your vehicle by individual tables. There is no global changes like what other softwares do. Global changes do not maximize the performance and driveability throughout the entire powerband. If you are a 997 owner without sport mode, Softronic can activate this for you. If you have sport mode, it will still function like normal. One of the BIGGEST benefits is that with Softronic, your dealer will NEVER be able to see that your car has been flashed. The factory Porsche tool will have no recognition that the data has been tampered with. You will not have to worry about warranty. However, you have the capability to flash back to your stock file at your convenience.

Softronic ECU flash does not require you to go to a dealer or tuning shop to have your car flashed. You can do this on your own time at your convenience. Very simple. All you need is the cable we send you, a wireless internet connection, and a Windows laptop. The download process takes about 15 minutes and you will have the updated file sent to you within a couple of hours.

Read the instructions here - http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/p...?cID=10&pID=64

On the 997 C2 3.6L, expect gains of around 20HP and 22ft/lbs of torque to the crank. The 3.8L gains around 30HP and 35ft/lbs of torque to the crank.

The price on the flash is $995 and the flash cable is $125 Contact me if interested.

Are you busy Saturday? Is it an all-wheel drive dyno? My 997 C4S wants to know.

I'm in Scottsdale - bsnearly@radsource.us

For any anyone in S Florida, I highly recommend Jay Putnam for the same work. He did the softtronic flash on my car and I am very very happy.

Sorry we are not open Saturday. But shoot me an email to dan@vividracing.com and we can see if maybe we can accomondate that.

Not sure who Jay is, but this is a Vivid Racing ad.

For your X51 on the 3.8L, you will still gain performance.
