Had a problem with Hoen-USA
Hi all,
I know some of you have received your lights.....you are the lucky ones.
I placed an order 12 days ago and on that day I received a confirmation from a third party company called 2co.com
After realizing today that I have yet to receive my order I went back to my email and looked up the confirmation number, called the customer service and got a very rude person on the phone who said my order was cancelled internally. They finished by saying I would have to call Hoen.
You can't call Hoen, they list no number, only an email address.
BTW, they took my $62.95.
I hope this helps prevent anyone of my fellow Rennlisters from getting screwed.

Interesting.
I had no problems at all and got my lights very quickly.
Call you credit card company and have the charges reversed.
Sorry you had to go through that.

Fraud may be an exaggeration - but your problem may not be isolated. I attempted to place an order for the same sets. It appears this 2co outfit is an order processing contractor but their server doesn't seem to work with the Mac browser Safari.
I contacted the company directly via email (info@hoen-usa.com) and they got back to me in 24hrs. ...but they were also to have gotten back to me a second time but had not. It seemed like a good 'package'.

I am sorry to hear of your problem. I placed my order on Saturday and recieved the lights on Tuesday. I was actually very pleased with the speed of delivery (now I have to install the lights, but I do want to take before/after pictures 1st).

I will attempt to call the number on the website that states "Wholesale orders only" and see where that gets me. All I know at this point is: A. They don't make it easy for customers to contact them. B. They have my money, either Hoen or 2CO. C. I have no lights.

2co is one of the largest merchant account providers on the planet and only works with reputable companies.
Did you contact Hoen directly? If so what was their response?
If they 'took your money' 12 days ago I find that hard to swallow since your cc statement has more than likely not arrived yet and merchant accounts wont allow a charge to go through if there is no product shipped and a record of it.
