Default Self-adjusting clutch problems?

So, again my clutch is making that damn clicky noise through its motion and comes to a fairly large click/clank at the end of travel when removing my foot. I was told that the clutch is a self-adjusting clutch and I'm not removing my foot quickly enough from the clutch. So, the last portion of the clutch travel doesn't do anything and therefore hits the end of the clutch travel harder than it should have. Does anyone else have this habit and/or experience any clicky noises in the clutch?

Note: I'm not referring to that gentle tingle sensation that is in relation to the cruise control. This is more of a popping clicking noise, almost like a creeky door.

WHAT???

All that aside, I beleive that there is a TSB that addresses the click/pop issue,
by greasing the clutch shaft. Mine did that back in Jan at a DE and they lubed the pivot shaft / spring.

Visit Workshop...they will take care of it

There is a previous thread on this. Porsche has issued a TSR for this problem. Sounds like someone is trying to blow smoke uyb.

the noise is clearly from under the dash. I've nearly twisted my back trying to see/hear where it is coming from precisely but my head is too big. Maybe I need to get a mirror.

same noise here yemen, the first time I showed the dealer it wasnt as pronounce and he said it was normal.
It is definitely worse on some days, I will try to take it in when the click is real bad and see what they say.
it is very annoying, can hear and feel it

thanks mjones, where do you take your car? I usually go to BH but I work near rusnak in pasadena so I am thinking of trying them. hopefully they can figure out my occasional parking brake noise too.
btw, the carpet under my clutch has worn out because the clutch goes in too far.
has anyone else had this problem.
dealer told me they hadnt seen it before and wasnt sure how to correct this.
