V1 hardwired with remote display. Main box to the right of the rear view mirror. Remote display on top of the steering column just below the main instrument display.

V1, I can't live without the arrows. the passport in my other car just doesn't cut it. Most folks mount it on the windshield to the right of the mirror

V1 mounted between the back seats

Remote in the cubby

Really easy to look at under the RV, since it's a place you all ready look towards.

Coochas - Glad I'm not the only one who's happy with my Escort Solo. It's small, wireless and has saved my chestnuts at least 3 times in the last 3 months. I also like its clean, no-wires look.

New, never-opened, factory fresh from eBay for @@250. Gotta love it. Highly recommended.

Le Chef,

How do you mute the V1 with your set up?

Do you reach through the wheel to do it?

I like the setup if you have an easy way to mute the alarm when it goes off.

Thanks.

How do you like the K40? I'm about to have the new "bluetooth" version installed at the dealer when my C2S arrives. I hear they work very well.

Any pro/con on the K40?

Thanks,
Deanski
