Finally replaced all the grimy switches and added some H&R lowering springs. Feels so much better

Took the new to me C4 for its first drive. These are such great cars. It needs a few minor things but really not worth even listing.

Installed Rennline competition 35mm wheel studs. Pretty straightforward and easy thanks to the DIY write up here on Rennlist

Installed new motor mounts, 45k miles, crazy stupid how easy it was to do and reasonably priced via FCEuro

Does the factory hire Magnus Ver Magnusson to install the O2 sensors in the crossover pipes? I even bought the correct offset socket removal tool this time to make my life easier. Still a PITA. Worth it to get more ‘growlier’ though!

@anewman I'm about to tackle this project - did you drop your engine to gain clearance?

Have not seen mine in 5 months. Been in storage. Will have to start thinking about selling next year. Hard to justify driving it only 3 months a year. I hate it

yes- placed jack under oil pan using a 2x10 to disperse the load, removed both bolts, and lowered engine 40mm per Porsche tech manual.

Today I replaced the radiator fan control module that was preventing my fans to run at high speed. 30 min project, and a $240 part. Drove for an hour with iCarSoft connected and everything is perfect again

Curious how you discovered this and/or if you observed any different behavior such as the operating oil temps being higher. I have become suspicious that my car is generally operating at higher oil temps than previously so I am assembling a plan to ensure healthy cooling.
