Default Coilover installations

I have PASM on my 997.1 Carrera at this point, but the two shocks on the front are blown. Yes I'm sure. Seriously considering coilovers and dropping the PASM.
2 questions, I have heard of an attachment to put on the end of the PASM connections to keep the failure light off. Where can i find these?
last question is what spring rates are recommended? Yes this is actually my daily driver and I do track the car 3-4 times a year.

I know KW sells PASM delete for their kits. I am sure Ohlins does too but I have not seen them personally.

I installed Ohlins R&Ts. I did not buy the gizmo you described but found another way to eliminate the lack of a "digital" strut.

I disconnected the PASM module that's in the passenger side footwell. Then I used my Durametric Pro to set the PASM Gateway to Uninstalled (code out Delete). https://flat6motorsports.com/blogs/n...or-guide-piwis

Ohlins has a ~$535 PASM Delete kit - https://tarett.com/products/pasm-delete-kit-35020

I second this process. I used my Foxwell NT530 and coded PASM out as well.

The better setup is Bilstein B16 Damptronics that are compatible with PASM and then adding TPC's DSC controller to be able to customize them and have a fully dynamic suspension based on g-forces. It's fantastic - automatically stiffens when you want it too and offers a great ride when just cruising along - you don't have to have a track car ride for the corners when you don't need the suspension to be setup like that for normal use and there are still 2 modes you can customize to your liking.

PASM the way Porsche set it up and uses it is almost useless. The DSC controller takes that building block and utilizes it the way Porsche should have in the first place.

Popular coilovers for us are either Bilsteins that retain PASM, Ohlins that do not, or BC Racing.

We have them all in stock.

I agree with the stock PASM diagnosis...unless you are on a track like COTA thats very smooth, stock PASM is too harsh.
