I would have no idea, have never tracked those.

A manual shift .2 turbo in nice condition and with reasonably low miles will most likely be in the $125k to $140k range. Not many produced.

I know how much they cost (more than what you quoted I’m pretty sure lol), I’m just wondering the price differential between the next lower model for same miles/options etc..

The next lower model would be the 997.2 GTS in Manual, so $80k-$110k depending on everything.
IMO the 997.2 GTS RWD Manual will be the next future classic; NA, Widebody and RWD.

I think so too! I want either that or a c2s/c4s also, hopefully I can get one of those before they skyrocket one day

The 997.2 is from 2009+, just because they changed the engine in later years doesn’t mean these aren’t a 997.2.

Look at the tails and interior on a Turbo, that’s a 997.2.

Lots of changes with the 2009+ 997.2 beyond that that can’t be seen (PDK, PCM 3.0 etc etc etc)

You might want to consider adopting more of the posture of a student rather than an expert on a topic that you obviously are not schooled yet on.

That car has had the rear converted. The tails on a 2009 don't look like that from factory. No PDK in 2009. That started in 2010. 2009 is a 997.1. But again, strictly related to the turbo. The non turbo cars started in 2009

That isn't true. 2009 doesn't have pdk, it has a tiptronic. You should do some searching on the topic, you guys are totally wrong lol. Also to add, I just bought a 997.2 turbo after a lengthy multi-month search for both 997.1.5 and 997.2. Believe me, I know what I am talking about on this at least..
There's even a production sheet I will find...

Here they are: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-turb...nd-colors.html
And this is 997.1: https://rennlist.com/forums/997-turb...formation.html

Cool man, you win.

The 2009 does have the interior and PCM of the 997.2.

Good luck in your search.

I personally don’t know much about the turbos outside of here and there bits in here. Guess I’ve been too busy driving my 911 to care.

I wasn't trying to win anything.. I was wanting some opinions of those that followed the market on these that I'm unfamiliar with, and per the OP, I was also wanting to know where those cars fell in relation to the market that I am familiar with. Wasn't asking anyone to care, but when I mentioned that the cars being compared were not the 997.2 I got some misinfo that I wanted to clear up- that was all. Instead I got informed that my posture is bad, which, is a great point, I should sit up more straight....

But yes, it is a bit confusing if not familiar. The 2009 turbo does have the PCM and most of the interior of the 997.2, turbo just not the steering wheel.. 2009 is the most sought after 997.1 because of this, the last year for the 3.6 liter motor as well as the updated interior, dubbed by most enthusiasts as "997.1.5" before the full 997.2 refresh in 2010

I said up front that I didn’t know about turbo pricing and I never offered pricing...

Just thought the 2009 was a 997.2. I also didn’t finish every post with “lol”.
