Tire Size on 06 C2 S
Hello,
I need recommendation on tires size in front and back for my 06 C2 S. Shopping for Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. Currently I have P Zero on 19 inch wheels.
Thanks.

Part of that depends on the width and offset of the wheels. If OEM, both those numbers should be next to the valve stem.
235/35-19 and 305/30-19 will fit fine on any OEM wheel. Some of us with custom wheels run up to a 255 on the front with 325s on the rear.

On stock 19" Lobster Forks, I was running 235/305 PS4S with 15mm spacers on all 4 corners. With that set up, if I were to do it again, I would do 235/295 with 15mm spacers, or use less spacer, maybe like a 10mm with the 235/305s.

The AWD & Targa 997.2 models had wider rear tires (on both 18” and 19” wheels). The technical data section in the owners manual gives a good overview.
I’m assuming the GTS models also used the wider tires as well.
Karl.
PS: I’m not as familiar with the .1 models...

As others have noted, it’s wheel dependent (e.g. if you’re running aftermarket wheels, or say running wide body Turbo rims on your Carrera).
But if you’re running stock Porsche wheels for your model, the technical data section in the owners manual has all the information you need if you want to stick with OEM sizes. At the end of the day, Porsche selected those tire sizes to balance wear, grip, handling, etc.

Planning to mount 235/305 PS4S on my lobsters.. currently have 8mm/15mm front/rear spacers. Should I downsize to 10mm rear?
