I plan to install a set of HELLA Super Tone horns in place of the original horns that have no b*lls! I am installing the protective radiator metal grills on my 997.1 and figured since I will be removing the front bumper cover its a good time. Any feedback or problems I may encounter? Thanks and enjoy this crazy cold weather....even in NC!

For those rare occasions when I wanted a horn, it was extremely effective.

I'm curious about this also and have been considering the supertones. 20 years ago, I badly needed to replace the tinny, crap OEM horn on my S2000 and the best Hella option at that point was the twin trumpet deal like this... ![](https://www.4wheelparts.com/sku/Hella/400x400/HLA003001671-1.jpg)

The Marco tornado is louder. That's what I replace failed horns with now. Have both a dual-tone Tornado and a single tone Hurricane in my Cayenne which is a different octave from the others, so it's a tri-tone blast of STOP or MOVE. Have a Tornado in one of my 928s. The Hellas didn't sound particularly loud in the videos I watched and why I started looking for something stronger. Compact self-contained design
