Here's what I found in the shop manual - tank vent line. Gas tank? IFSO gas fumes by the alternator could be trouble.

BHMav8r Nice find on the part chart - I looked everywhere and couldn't locate it.
Instead of JB Weld as a repair which is funky-ville, use a small 3" piece of rubber hose that is a little bit larger in diameter than the worn line.
Cut the rubber hose lengthwise and cover the worn area of line - Should fit snugly and you're done.

Good idea. Think Ill add some sort of epoxy or similar that agrees with the rubber between the sleeve and hose.

No to epoxy--->I'd use small small small amount of clear silicone. Will work like a charm.

Im much less worried since its a vacuum line. Not gonna spray gas all over the engine bay like a F-car or GT3.
Ill seal the hell out of it and monitor it. Think I can sleep tonight.

That is the purge valve or vent valve line. Fuel vapor is transferred from the gas tank through that line and introduced into the intake tract via that hose. I would replace the hose vs repairing for obvious safety reasons. Good luck with it!

I'll come up with something. It will be stronger than the hose itself.
