here's your issue with going with Exclusive Option or Classic 9...
You get a wonderful new console, and now the shifter boot/console trim don't match. Or the leather of the shift ****/ebrake have more wear than your console
I imagine if you are already looking at a full leather console, you care about the appearance
if by that time you want to do all those other pieces with the two US vendors, you're likely approaching $3k or more
By those calculations and logic, the $1700 or whatever with heavy smash is an utterly fantastic deal to get your entire interior looking consistently refreshed.
I second what Frybear said about the value that heavy-smash-salvage-lp provides. However, you want to be careful and make sure Heavy-Smash's stitching colors will match with your existing OEM leather panel's thread color. My leather console from Heavy Smash was an OEM take off so the color fits perfectly. Frybear may be able to confirm if this is a problem.
Now, if you want to go with one of the 2, between Exclusive options vs Classic9, then I would go with Exclusive option even though they are more expensive. I have the leather window switch spears and the manual shift surround bezel from Exclusive Options, and I can vouch for their quality. Most of all, their stitching size, gap, thickness of leather, and color match better with your other original leather parts (see my picture in the previous threads). As for Classic9, judging from their pictures online, Classic9 products looks less "OEM" than Exclusive option and a bit more like a work of good re-upholster.

I have black and stone gray full leather interior. I want to make the console match stone gray, and would need the part in front of the shifter, main console, banana, and rear cubby. The center door is leather already, I think.

Used lev (heavy smash on eBay) for a leather 991.2 airbag and a steering column surround. No issues with either. Look great. Shipped fast.
Such a nice guy I accidentally bought a earlier steering column but didn’t see it wouldn’t fit cruise control spec’s cars. Totally my fault. He refunded my money and was very nice about the whole thing.
