This isn't a great pic because we didn't wipe it down after jet washing but you can faintly see where there is a little bit of scuffing marks left. Often this gets called "bore scoring" or pre scoring but if it can't be felt with a fingernail, we consider it purely superficial.

For comparison, here is an example of a bore score engine we disassembled right after yours....
