I’m going to be posting mine for sale soon.

2011 manual. GT Silver, full leather red deviated stitching. 48000 miles.

Most likely going to send it to PCA Market.

Anyone looking for great rims for their 997.2 GTS, I just posted my Forgeline GA1Rs (wide body fitment), flawless condition and ceramic coated. Local pickup in NJ for now.

LOVE that combination! I wanted GT Silver or Carrara White, and there just were'nt any GT Silvers when I bought mine. Do you have the VIN?

$124k to buyer with 5k fee to buyer.

In my opinion, fewer options can mean fewer issues as these cars age.

I do.

I have contacted PCA Market and seems like the car will be online there next week. Just have a busy week at work, so might take me a bit longer to get all the photos, DME, and paint reading done to get the most complete representation of the car.

If you would like more info please email me at pderakshan@mac.com
Thanks.

I was following this one also. I do get why ultra-low mileage cars bring in good prices, but for a buyer who's going to drive the car, I'm not sure there is much value purchasing a car with under 6k miles vs. one with, let's say, 20-30k. If you drive it significantly, you'll immediately wipe out the value of the premium you've paid for the car.

Love the GTS with the full leather option and red stitching. I notice not many GTS I've seen had full leather. MIne doesn't, my previous 9971. C4S did.

which is why I laugh when I see people plopping down stupid money for cars with plastic dashes.

I owned a base and highly optioned (full leather) 997.2 side by side, and the difference is night and day. Even my girlfriend commented about how much “more special” the latter was to be inside

Cue the folks that say but blah sports car blah doesn’t need leather blah GT3 weight savings blah.

even GT3s with plastic dashes befuddle me. It’s a super premium car and commands a premium experience - why skimp on a few ounces of material where it matters the most?

Anyway, back to sitting inside my cow here

Any $100k+ car should not have plastic dash, trim etc. Shame on Porsche for not making those things standard on premium cars.

Been saying this for a decade and why when anyone asks what options are must-haves, full leather is at the top of the list.

I agree that a leather dash is much better.
I bought mine without it, since all other specs were to my liking- most of them technical vice aesthetic.
So, no regrets, but wish it had everything on my list.
Building my Macan GTS online with a Euro Delivery was definitely the better way to go.
