Anybody care that some of these offerings are north of the border?

In the meantime...
6-speed... listed on CL at CAD 140,995
(dealer listing - https://www.vmcmotors.ca/cars/used/2...-Coupe-118729/ )

They list it with PCCB and it doesn't have them. I think they assume PCCB comes standard on a GTS from how they worded it. Nice car!

It's about $118k in USD

This would be my ideal 911 except for the center locks and the price.

This one ends today. It should be much higher than it is at the moment. I think BAT would be better, but then there have been some crazy high results on Pcarmarket with a 996 GT3 hitting $198K all-in

2012 manual with 4K miles on it for $97,690. Not CPO. Original tires and needs the major service based on time (based on what the dealer told me). Seems like a crazy price given that info, thoughts?

I think the GTS (especially RWD coupe manual) is trending like the GT3 and soon the bar will be how much it sells relative to MSRP. These are blue chip cars and anyone who can nab one for below MSRP will be doing well, IMO. Still have some room to get to that magical MSRP mark, but we are close.

Wouldn’t a GTS with the same mileage list for $65K a year or so ago?

About right. Had mine on the market a year or year and a half ago for around $65K as I recall it but with 60K miles. Had some bites but they were mostly in the the low 60's. Others wouldn't touch it unless they could get the stock seats and stock wheels, neither of which I have. $11,000 OEM GT2 carbon fiber bucket seats are worthless to a lot of people as are a set of $7,000 Forgeline wheels. Just took it off the market and decided to keep it. Glad I did. No regrets whatsoever.

997.1 and 997.2 GT3RS are way past selling for more than sticker. Standard GT3 are about there with 30k mile clean examples selling for sticker, but mint super low-mileage cars are pretty rare so not enough data, esp with .2 GT3. Not enough data on 6 speed coupe GTS. A lot of PDK and cabs.
