GTS Cars For Sale On The Web

Data point:
BaT yesterday...$153.3K hammer on a 2009 6MT TT Coupe with 23K-miles.
Pull the car 20 feet forward and the pic would be even better!
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...urbo-coupe-27/
Only posting as a comparison that was made as an alternative to a 997 GTS valuation over $100K- a 997.1 or .2 GT3 or Metzger TT 6MT are not in the same price range.
Of course, I'm referring to < 30K miles, no stories, no obnoxious mods, 6MT, RWD, 997 GTS Coupes. Everything else is a sub-$100K GTS- according to auction results. With only a few exceptions...

The GT cars are a different class and category than the Carrera models, including GTS. I wouldn't read too much into the appreciation curve of 997 GT3s vis-a-vis the GTS. Not to say the GTS won't appreciate in the future, but I don't think it will ever track to the GT3. It won't be long before a 997 GT3 will hammer for $300K and the RS will be $500K+ and continue to climb. On the other hand, I'm not sure if the GTS is capable of ever cresting the $200K mark. I hope I am wrong!
And I should add that I'm seeing Porsche models that I don't even know what they are. Muat have been some modified Panamera models rolled out that I haven't kept up with. Shame on me but the excuse is that I have no interest in that model line.

Stunning PTS (amethyst) PDK GTS, with full leather and sports buckets. Sadly only for our European friends or Canadian buyers willing to wait until next year to import.

Close to my car with the GT2 buckets and all except for the color, full leather and the wheels. What's the color "amethyst" anyway? At first it looked black to me but in some other shots I see shades of purple mixed in with the black. Or am I seeing things I shouldn't see? Either way it's beautiful and hard to believe there's another one like it out there.

Check out the dealer’s website. They have some beautiful cars, including a PTS Racing Green Metallic 911R, and one of my childhood heroes, a 968 Turbo S:

This is a unicorn in its own right. I wonder what it would fetch if it was a manual. One of my favorite metallics, and I am generally not a metallic paint person. Simply stunning.
BTW, I discovered a link at the bottom of the ad that led to a page with comprehensive info on the 997 gen from Elferspot: https://www.elferspot.com/en/magazin...pecifications/

Thanks, @bluelines1974 for posting. And ! agree with the comments. A one-of -one build, for sure.
I believe this is the first 997 GTS that might fetch more than the $131K PTS Blue one that is the highest publicly confirmed worldwide sale and current high water mark.

If it was a 6MT, I'd wager a $150K+ hammer on BaT- maybe more via RF or GPM. But maybe I'm too optimistic about 997 GTS appreciation.
The Amethyst PTS is stunning to my eye, nuanced as opposed to the Skittles neon colors some folks prefer. Raspberry Red, Lemon Yellow, Orange Orange...look at me!
Reading the Euro build sheet translation was interesting, was not aware that one could order the decklid logo in exterior color (XUC model name painted), and the the wheel painted in exterior color, which I have on my BBM, but which is hardly discernible from the OEM black satin = (XD9 rim star painted).
And I've never seen these CXX options spelled out before:

Agreed! BTW, I believe Amethyst was a standard color option for the GTS, but based on @Body In White's awesome configuration chart, only 4 GTS' were configured in this amazingly beautiful color!

Apparently the turquoise blue PTS car was sold again for closer to $180k - disclaimer being that this is anecdote not proof.
Somewhat related: I've noticed that way more of the Euro cars seem to have the full leather dash.

Wow, if $180K is true, I'd be too embarrassed to admit it!
Re: Leather dash I wish mine had the full hide treatment. I don't notice the absence it until driving my Macan GTS with Alcantara and full leather...the deviated stitching on black leather is both subtle and obvious- if that makes sense. Alcantara B-pillars, sunvisors and headliner also create a nice vibe in the cabin.
