Side Skirt options

Side Skirt options
I have a 997.1 Speed Yellow, Factory Aero Package, 19" Sport Design Wheels.
I have added a FVD GT3 Front spoiler with Rear Diffuser. I would like to add Side Skirts.
I have looked on eBay etc. Could use some help with this from people smarter than me.
Whats the best place to find them?

Yeah like I said, you gotta do some modding. Those ECM parts are flipping awesome. And I'd like them on my car. But I just want to buy them done and ready to go on the car. Don't think that's an option.

I bought a set of the DTM Fiberwerkz carbon side diffusers. They just add a lower splitter under the stock design. They were made for a 997.1 NB, so I plan to mod them for my WB car. I havent installed them yet.
If you search 997 side skirts on eBay, there are a ton of different ones that come up. I needed something deeper on the sides to balance out a new front end on my car, but dont really like any of the aftermarket side skirts for the 997. These DTM pieces dont mess up the factory lines, IMHO. They look relatively easy to install.

With the decreased ground clearance, any issues with jacking up the car on either the front or rear jacking points? With my low-profile jack, clearance is already tight.

I don't love these but I bought them and put them on and - as much as they're not great - I'm not taking them off. I can't remember the name of the company that made these, but Better Bodies is selling them now

I love EMC2 991 side skirt conversion. Very creative mod and lots of OCD added to make it look right. When looking at EMC2's design I noticed he made some strategic "V" shaped cuts in the material on the underside/interior in order to allow the plasitc to flex and bend in for a more narrow application.
I started to wonder if this strategy would work on the 997 GT2 wide body side skirts like I have and the GTS models have. If you could find some salvaged on ebay for cheap and experiment that may turn out nice. I wonder if removing some material would allow them to flex and work on a narrow body cars? hmmmmmmm
One thing I had not considered, but narrow bodies may not have lower plastic side skirts stock and only have a metal body panel. So that will require drilling into the body underneath the car. Although I had aero kit side skirt/rocker panels on my 986 and all I used to keep then on there was mostly 3M body panel double sided tape. Well, you mentioned you did not want to modify and just plug and play. So this may not be useful, but ECM2's mod got me thinking. 997 GT2 side skirt part numbers: Part numbers are 997-504-363-80-01C and 997-504-364-80-01C

I purchased these custom side skirts made from S-Factor Fabrication - https://www.instagram.com/s_factor_fabrication/?hl=en

You'll see his post at post #63.
For less than $200 shipped, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. I was looking for something simple in design, just a subtle black skirt that was an easy install/uninstall. They are fairly thick, maybe 1/2 inch, and made of a very stiff plastic/acrylic material would be my guess. They seem to look pretty durable for what they are.
Unfortunately haven't put them on the car yet, they're still sitting in the garage, but the build thread has several pictures.
