I wanted to take the time to apologize to my fellow 997 Forum RL members for the Porsche-sale related Thread that I started a few weeks ago.
I've been Banned for 3 weeks and realize I took things too far.
I really value RL and it's members and sorry about my disrespect and poor judgement.

The new owner of my 2007 997S is a great guy and will be receiving the car today and was a pleasure to deal with I'm happy to know he will take good care of it.

Groove, isn't this like your 3rd 997? I'm the complete opposite. I've had my 06 S for 11 years and put 75K miles on it. No plans to sell it. I'll just drive it till the wheels fall off.
What's next?

Sorry you got banned. The internet can be a fickle place. On one hand I'm glad the moderators are doing something to keep this place from becoming a cesspool like most of the web, the downside is good people getting caught in the grey areas.

I may step up to a 991 just not sure. Still waiting for Denny Aker to sell me his 2006 997C4S but miles are getting high. No like that.
Can't drive manual for another 7 months - Very difficult to not only maneuver into Driver's seat but more of a bitch getting out using hands on ground to Alligator walk out till leg flops on ground.
Physical Therapist says 4 months until brace is removed and weak knee for 3 more months.

Anyway glad to be back and missed you guys!

^^Doug selling to him was never an issue and my drunken post was all made up BS regarding the weather/care of car/etc.
I had 5 full price offers and probably another 8 people who wanted to buy it and responded to the ad since I was unable to update the Marketplace lIsting due to being Banned.

Groove the issue was adding pineapple juice, just drink the vodka straight. I recommend Chopin, Belvedere, or Kettle. Every other day change to Lagavulin or Laphroaig.
