Yes, I paid all the money for it, but to me it's worth it (provided it's what it presents to be in the photos and listing).

I was looking around at Carrera T's and 991.2 GTS cars for the past several months and this is in that same price bracket. And while those are amazing cars, this is a vastly more unique, appealing, and collectible car to me.

Why not buy a GT3 / GT3RS? For most Porsche-centric people, that is more rational. But I have small kids who love cars and this is a car they can also ride in and enjoy.

You are going to LOVE it. There are other cars I could afford too but the GTS is special to me and my 5 and 3 year old. You can't put a price on that.

Enjoy in good health, you got a STUNNER!

Wow, Congratulations! I am sure your nerves were shot after that auction closed! I get all worked up and take blood pressure meds just trying to outbid some kid on ebay for a diecast 1:18 scale Porsche!

Seriously, beautiful and unique buy. I hope it brings you and the kids lots of joy. Although, if I had kids, they would not be allowed near it.... haha j/k, sort of..

@SupremeDeluxe Congratulations on a wonderful car! I love it!

I don't think the price was too high at all. Especially for a one-of-a-kind.
I own a unicorn TR250 as well as a GTS cabriolet and don't regret paying a premium one bit.

I think if it's what you want you go for it ......... and you got it! Well done!

Congrats on knowing exactly what you want and seeing it through. It's a very unique car. It's not what I personally would have bought for $130k, but that's the great thing about 997s - there's a model that appeals to almost everyone and they can be configured with so many options, they can all be fairly unique.

Enjoy it.

Oh goody, I thought you'd never ask! Let's just call this the "PURSCHE" thread!

Ok, seriously, let's stay on topic Prairiedawg and stop stirring the pot!
