I'm in at $31,000 - Psychologically right now people frown upon 997's creeping closer to 100K miles - This is good news for buyers.
I think we all need to realize that these cars like the 996, do just fine after 100K miles. I had 2 996C4S's with 118K and 120K miles and they ran like new and looked perfect.
This is good news for those of us who will be shopping for a 997 in the future as prices on 100K examples will go down- Don't let the miles scare you.
What WILL happen is prices will start to turn upward after a couple of years when the market gets more saturated with 100K+ mile 997 cars - Just like the 996C4S market is today.
