Interesting that the auction was at $38,115 yesterday with over a day remaining and no bids after that.

 

I think BAT has a much lower volume of viewers on weekday holidays... I've seen this happen several times.

 

I think this again proves when u start messing with 997's putting ugly aftermarket wheels/tail lights and all sorts of black crap on your car you pay big time in the end.
This car lost $7-$10K due to an owner who watches too many Sci-Fi movies---> The Automatic Tranny and higher miles for the year didn't help either

 

Yeah BAT loves all original everything, which is terrible for sellers but great for buyers. I was surprised that it didn’t break 40.

2005 is not my favorite year, there was no mentioning of the IMSB upgrade when it had an engine out service. Wonder why? It's got high mileage but I LOVE the full leather cocoa interior, the silver exterior compliments it well. This would make a nice daily driver. I need another win to take back my lead!

Those miles aren't bad, these cars are good for a lot more (I just rolled over 80k on mine), and cocoa is a nice interior color. Those pictures do not do it justice. I'm not sure about the larger IMS bearing statement in the comments though. My 05 (non-S) did not have the larger bearing. I did the LN swap.

 

Someone's going to really want that manual and that nice GT silver/cocoa color combo. Coming in high at $34k despite the miles.
