Yep they all do .... I am going to slide under my ride in the morning and confirm that it is in fact an e15 and that my most likely e14 and or 16 don't fit and I will then go from there.

Ok follow up on this topic as I just finished my water pump service on my 997.1 and I did not require a mythical E15 as mentioned. My E14 was the right fit and therefore I suspect that someone prior may have used an incorrect socket on your splines and buggered them up. This was all I needed to complete the task ..

E15 at Amazon. It’s 1/2 drive. Is there room for 1/2 inch drive. I plan on replacing.
Im planning on tackling my water pump this weekend but ran into a snag. The Cat bracket requires an E15 external torx socket to remove the 2 torx bolts holding it on...but nobody sells the E15 socket. All sets go E10, 12, 14, 16, 18. Checked HF, Home Depot, and Ace as well as Amazon. Nada.
My mechanic recommended a 10mm box wrench which worked for one but rounded the other.
Any tips or workarounds appreciated.
