Most of the service was done at
Auto Gallery and Performance Plus (now Euro Plus Automotive)
Sure it is if you know how to drive stick and don't live in San Francisco or some other super hilly place with stop and go traffic. You may want you to mentally factor in a clutch job before 100k though.

Looks like a great deal to me. Price leaves you room in case it needs maintenance. How often do you get a chance to buy a car where you know the owner and how well it was taken care of.

I have a mid rise lift in my garage. And I did a clutch on my 993 which was a motor out job. So hopefully I can do the job on this car. Don’t think I need to drop the motor for a clutch on an 07 997 C2. Just the tranny.

It's a very good deal, and you'd be nuts not to take it. IMS while still a risk, is much more remote a risk after MY05. Bore scoring should not be an issue in a warm climate. It's service is up to date, and you have records for the past 35K miles. No brainer.

Can things go wrong? Yes, and that's true with anything in life.

Also, from your pictures, I see no evidence of fender rolling.

I might buy it only to get it in top shape and sell it without driving it much. If there is a few grand in it make the money from it and buy a 997.2!

This light colored leather really shows the grime.
Cleaned the front part. You can tell the difference.
Haven’t bought the car yet but I can’t stand the sight of It.

Unless there is something major hiding underneath......no brainer, buy it. At 26k this is a steal for many reasons: Manual Transmission, Awesome color combo (most 997's are grey, silver or black), Socla car its entire life.......and the price! Remember Porsche will CPO a car with a resprayed panel, so if its decent paint work who cares.

A little elbow grease and some leather dye for the shifter....she will look amazing. Is that full leather? Yea, a great buy at 26k.

Leather cleaner will fix those seats.

But the paint on the gas cap may hide something. Do a paint meter.

Full leather is leather dash, doors and the pieces on both sides of the radio unit. That last pic shows stitching on the door panels, so im gonna say you have full leather. Thats a big bonus.

Looks like "supple leather" which was an option. Had it in my -06 C4S. Softer and smoother than the regular leather but harder to keep clean. Also looks like the car has the full leather option which is another plus. Agree with those who urge you to buy it at this price as long as it checks out mechanically. The interior looks a bit "untidy" but should clean up nicely as you just proved with your picture. Worst case scenario, the shift **** isn't just dirty but worn. Source a clean one from Ebay or a dismantler or get a brand new one from Suncoast for $289. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/99742407501.html
