Thank you. There is a fair bit of post processing depending on the photo (5-20 minutes). Yes I used lighting for the night shots, some are light painted with a custom made 36" x 6" LED light box and others with a speed-flash (multiple exposures merged @ post).

The silver finish is liquid-looking - and appears to be an actual material rather than an applied color.

Whoever did this work at the factory is a master. (And I would doubt it was done by any robot...)
Thank you, I am very happy with my color. The previous owner chose well, it was a premium color option (Platinum Silver Metallic)

Default New Headlights

I finally replaced my pitted and scratched headlights with brand new 991 style blacked out housings. These are aftermarket units but they contain quality internal components (specifically the projectors) which improve light output, pattern and cutoff line. They are dual-projector and bi-xenon, all electronics swap over from the OE headlights (bulbs, ballasts, leveling motors, etc.)

I have a questions, seeing that you lowered your car quite a bit plus the addition of your front lip, do you get scratch or scrap from road and ramps?

I do scrape pulling out of some parking lots and at speed if there is a large dip in the road. The front isn't even that low, but 911's have a lot of overhang.

I am unsure about the brand, you can find them on eBay, just search "997 headlights"

Your car looks gorgeous. I'm planning on getting the BC Racing coilovers for my 997.1 Carrera and lower the ride height to the GT3 level. Are yours holding up well so far?

I've put about 2.5K on them and they have been great so far. I have a friend with a 2011 911 Carrera as well thats had them for about 2-3 years and probably 15K+ and he swears by them (he also had BC's on other cars).

Thanks for your feedback. That's good to hear. Mine is a daily so I will definitely be putting a lot of miles on them.
