I'm with you on this; if I had purchased a pre-owned 996 Turbo and it already had the GT2 front and/or rear I would not swap it back to stock (unless it also came with the stock 996 Turbo pieces.)

I think the stock front end looks great - don't dislike the GT2 version but can't imagine that's what I'd spend my $$ on

I like the GT2 front end on the GT2, I think the turbo bumper suits turbos much better though. It looks more uncluttered and simplified, if the GT2 bumper wasn't oem equipment, it would look like any other early 2000s body kit does today

Well, I was born and raised in the G-Body 930 era and am a fan of fixed wings. I suppose Dock hit the nail on the head - Opinions will vary.
