Funny you should notice that - we pay a premium to the City of Van because they tax our parking spots, so every single one in our Strata is coveted, and we use them...

That parking job is just begging for someone to eff with your car, whether you own both spots or not. People get triggered by all sorts of things, and I don’t want to give anyone any reason to screw with me or my car.

I figured - I wish I had that much space to park for sure. My wife gets irritated with my parking lot routines but I have zero dings on any of the cars I drive. Hers, on the other hand....

Barn after the horse and all that, but I remove any locking nuts pretty much immediately upon any purchase... They offer virtually no protection from thieves and are a major hassle for owners.
