Got a little bit of leather touch up, some PDR and an exterior detail all done at once! Finally have the car back and the sun was out.

It's a Function First aluminum shift ****: http://www.function-first.com/produc...sic-shift-****

Highly recommended. Good weight and shift feel.

The boot is just a generic Alcantara boot from eBay that was cut specifically for the 996s. Doesn't look like the one I bought is still up anywhere, but it wasn't the best quality so I wouldn't recommend it either. If I was doing it again, I'd just go with https://www.redlinegoods.com/Carrera9904shiftboot.php and get the Alacatara color that matches the headliner.
