When I ordered my Ti lugs, they had a neat spline driven locknut as an option, it was CNCd and fits perfectly - I keep it in the frunk. Those McGuard things can be cracked very easily with a set of vise grips and a breaker bar, and I agree with you, they're garbage.

I carry the key socket for the locking lugs in the car.

These bad boys - I have had the wheels off a few times and zero signs of wear, plus the added bonus of lightweight exotic materials!!!

I also despise anti-theft lug nuts and get rid of them if a car comes with them.

Sexy?

Do you look at them very often?

I try to - I think they look 'really good' against the gun metal of my equally sexy wheels...

That is so very cool - why don't the jacks lift in a uniform manner?

Thanks! The extra weight of the turbo parts slows down the rear a bit but normal for the tripod 996 cup setup (I asked about it as well). The front is also very light in that video with no fuel in the cell or driver ballast.

Thanks! Yep, that's the plan. I might head south to CA for a winter date but that would be very optimistic with the current burn rate and holidays coming up.

Can't say that I consider any parts on my 996 Turbo as "sexy".

These are a security joke. Any putz with a battery powered impact gun can blast them loose.

Depends on what definition of sexy you apply; sexual, of course not.

Interesting, exciting, appealing - absolutely!
