Thanks!

They are Champion RG5 wheels - 18x8.5 ET53 (F) and 18x11.5 ET44 (R). They are possibly going up for sale...

Why do some people blank out their license plates when they post pics of their cars???? Every time you drive thousands of people see your plate.... Just curious.

I used to do that, but it's like you said, what's the point. Unless there's a secret Porsche thief frequenting the boards in hopes of finding his (or her) dream car...but I'm not sweating it!

The only time it would be useful would be for those morons that like to post stupid street racing videos but other than that, yeah, I don't see the point.

I agree, it's silly. For a while I was like, "should I be doing that too?" "Something I don't know?"...then later I was like, who GAF.

Hell, it's a $40-50k car, not a 918 spyder. Someone that desperate, trying to troll the internet and target stealing my car still has to go through a tough garage door (and most likely my Kimber .45).

First of all, I paid a lot more than 50k for my car. To me, my car is a 918 and I value my hard work to be able to afford one. Second, this is not US, I'm not allowed to blow someones head off for stealing a car. I guess it's easy feeling tough with a weapon in your hands though. Not sure what to think of your logic.

Third, this photo was done by my friend and he did the edit. Considering that Sweden has had its share of Porsches getting stolen, I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I don't use my car everyday or everywhere, the amount of people seeing it are a "selective few". Internet on the other hand, LOTS of people can see in a matter of minutes so no, thousands of people will not see my car on the road.

LOL, wow, relax man...all of that wasn't aimed at you. We were talking about all that seem to do it on this site...

Interesting tangent you took and BTW, here in CA, we can't blow someone's head off for trying to steal a car either. Who said I'd blow someone's head off, BTW? Anyhow, I'm sorry to hear that a right in America is only a privilege for you in Sweden.

PS: Post some more pics of your 918!
