Either/both are way quicker than a stock DH. Especially at our 5,500'-10,000' typical drive altitudes...

Haven't driven my TT @ altitude yet..do you still notice power loss? I've driven thru Colorado twice I think but it was high way driving and didnt have enough time to really compare how the cars I was driving at the time felt compared to being at sea level.

I suppose the turbos have to work harder

@BauerR Is that a Carrera GT 924 in the back there, or a clone thereof?

It's an '81 Turbo that I've toyed with. Added an intercooler to it and a CGT hood to accommodate

Just to add some context: This is right after I got the car back from getting a bunch of suspension work done. Added the full RSS tarmac stage 2 control arms/links. Tarret GT3 sway bars and Feal coil overs. The shop corner balanced and put a street/track focused set up on it. It feels very direct now. I'm excited to get it on the track again and see how it feels with a proper suspension underneath it!

Long time lurker that was hunting for a 996 GT3, but eventually realized the 996 Turbo was a better fit.

Here she is, drivers example…great records and great prior ownership.
