Not to be negative but I have never thought of the 964 as good looking.
For me, the 964 Turbo will always be the most beautiful car to me. It was my dream car when I was in high school when they were new. I probably saw Bad Boys 4 or 5 times in the theater when it came out. It took me 10 years of trying to convince the previous owner of the mine to sell it to me and when I finally got it I couldn't believe it. I sold it during a moment of stupidity and have regretted it ever since. Prices were already high when I sold it but now I would never pay the prices people are paying. As I said, I prefer to drive my 996tt but there is no car I would want to look at sitting in my garage more than my old 964. Everyone has that one car and for me, that is the one.

Nearly every time I park my 996TT in a public place someone comes up to me and comments on how good looking it is so....
I have never had a single person even comment on my 996tt's except at Porsche gatherings. My 964 got the most compliments at Cars and Coffee and my 993 got the most compliments from random people.
My car goes completely unnoticed here. I very rarely get compliments... Except from the grandchildren. Probably they fell bad for the grandfather who spends so much time maintaining it...Once, at a cars and coffee, i stood aside to watch people walk between the cars, and no one stopped next to mine. As if it didn't exist???

What cracks me up most if I pull up to my kids daycare. The little ones dont even bat an eye at the turbo, but if i show up with the Tesla, they are all drooling over it.
I got to see, ride this car. Pretty special. Not too many of them around, actually 2 ruf conversions in the US and this is one of them. Got to love that license plate. The owner seller is race car driver. Two fat ases?? Next to each other. The black knight was doing its thing yesterday, I ran a bottle of Techron thru the tank. drove the car a total of 350 miles yesterday.
