Hi all, I am new to the forum and looking to get a Porsche 911 experience. I had a Cayman a few years back and now itching for a convertible manual. Looking to keep this car for a few years.
What do you guys think about the price of this Porsche? Asking Price $44,000 with 76k miles on it.
Nothing fancy, just a silver convertible with a manual stick and some basic mods.

I think that price is 10% high or so for a cab with that mileage, carbon fiber cracking, aftermarket wheels and stereo. That is probably not clutch chatter but rather usual Mezger clatter.

As others have said, $44K probably a little high for a 76K mile Cab

I don't think time of the year matters much with this car. With a 60k mile driver for John Q Average 996tt Buyer, yes. But this is a quasi museum piece, that kind of buyer isn't gonna go yeah I'd like it but winter's coming so I'll see what comes up in April.

+996. I was going to post a note on BaT in response to @dannym's comment that he just drove his '99 SL500 for 25 miles on 20 year old tires because the tread looked like new, but didn't want to sound preachy.
