Most people seem to prefer the sport seats because they are less common and are more attractive to some people. I personally find the sport seats much more comfortable than the "comfort" seats and would pay significantly more for a car that had them. But every buyer has a different opinion on what is desirable and those opinions can change over the years.

I have standard seats and for a car I'd be using every day I prefer them. The 996 sport seats kind of pinch inward at the shoulder blade for me in not the best way. At this point where it's just a fun 2nd car then I'd definitely prefer the sport seats. Taking my car on track the once with the standard seats it was a joke. So it's all about the intended use and tradeoff for your driving. 997 sport seats are a massive improvement over the 996 to me and my body shape.
That slate car in Austin is listed for sale here in the classifieds as well.
So with 4900 miles, that’s about 4.7 miles per wk over 20 years.. Pretty incredible.
Since the cab with more miles reached $140k, will this one hit $150k?
Since someone just dropped $47k + buyer's premium on a '93 Corrado I don't doubt that at all.
PS I have 3 pretty nice Corrados here and you can have them all for $47k....
Ok, I am confused. any one care to share their opinions.
According to POST # 1 the thread is about upper end 996tt that are not under $40K, no bargain bins special.
This 2002 Slate Gray even has a Concours Award from a PCA event, unless seller bought the award from eBay.
The vehicle appears to present well ( at least to me).
Mileage @ 48K miles, no accidents, clean title, nice upgrades, etc.
Anyone care to elaborate than simply replying "No"
What does qualify for "PRESTIGE"
Post #1 does not limit mileage a disqualifier.
