Sorry about the slow response here, only reason for selling is because I am moving out of state and will not have the space or time for using the car, so I would love for someone else to enjoy, As for BAT, I am considering that option, thanks!

Searching for my first Porsche, and could use your help. Any thoughts on the following car?

Burning Brakes
The Tiptronics always sell for less than the manuals, depends on your budget.
Just picked up a 08' 997.TT 6 speed for $54K (76,000miles).
I looked for a 996TT in the 35-45K range, then gave up after seeing the asking prices.

There are plenty of nice manual 996s in the 35-45K price range. I am not understanding what you are saying, can you explain?

e39 M5 Oxford Green
I found this 2000 e39 M5 in March of 2017 w/139k on it with $18k+ in records over the previous 70k miles.
Drove it home and ran it for a week or two before installing all new suspension (20 piece Lemforder kit), new Koni adjustable Yellows over Dinan springs, Dinan rear sway, Dinan tower brace, Dinan tune, plugs and coils, thermostat, oil/water temp senders, PCV system, plenum gasket, did new hubs and wheel bearings front and rear, Michelin PSS on square wheels, belts, all filters/fluids, Dinan exhaust, all new shifter carrier and small parts with e60 Shift rod.
Car has shared DD duty with a couple others and has 151k on it now. This thing has never broken or stranded me.
Body is near perfect, mechanically it's better than most and the interior is all stock including the tape player!
Looking to send it to a good home and figured someone here may want it before I list in the general population.
PM if interested @$14k

Not really, I don't think. A $35k manual 996tt is either ultra high mileage or defiled with bad mods or rough in other ways, or a combination of the above. I don't think a single "nice" one exists at that price point, let alone plenty.
