Absolutely. Weight in the worst possible place. Also, one less thing to leak. If I were ordering new, I would totally spec the sunroof delete.

I ran into a guy at cars and coffee awhile back and he has a 2003 996 GT2 with 20kms or so on it and was asking $185kCDN - by this valuation, it makes the GT2 look like a steal - is that even realistic?

LOL no it shouldn't. Tacky oversized wing, goofy 19" wheels (or are they 20"?), some kind of weird red piping and carbon stuff in the engine bay, and a bizarro shifter that sticks out of the tunnel like a sore ****.
