Default I'm coming back to a Porsche...

I know, I know, not a turbo, but...

So we did it... I put a deposit down on this...

I'm gonna own another Porsche...Got to get it shipped from the left coast, but I can't wait to get back into a Pcar as my daily driver...

She's a beaut'

Welcome back to the fold.

I know there are a lot of nice cars out there, but with me it's either a P car or my Jeep. Nothing else does it for me.

Welcome back Mike. You're going to love the GT3. It is such a great handling car.

Thanks Guys! Someone will save this I'm sure, but I am NOT going to make it into what the black 996TT was. I want to enjoy it as is for a while... It's already got some goodies on it from the previous owner and mother Porsche. So my plan is to get some clearbra installed and an ipod hookup and be done with it...For now.

Kevin, about that tune.... HAHAHAHAHAHa

To the OP: Welcome back! I'm a newb (3 months with my 04) and was wondering what took me so long.

For me, it's either my motorcycle (04 BMW R1150GS) or my P car (04 996x50 Cabrio). Nothing else does it for me, either, even my wife's CL55. Feels like a Ford compared to the P Car.

Right Mike. Now you're trying to channel LVDell and his "I'm not going to mod this car thread"

Suspension helps gt3's....motons...etc. Then he'll get better brakes and cup ducts...then perhaps a gmg aero upgrade and exhaust....

Def seats/harnesses/roll bar (safety first frankly).

I'm really not going to recreate the twin turbo on this car... I don't want to take the fun out of having a nice streetable driver...And I have this thing to occupy my track time with:

Caged, Fuel Cell, 2650 pounds and 470BHP/490#ft. of torque. Also has standalone programable EFI with Traction control and data logging. Should hold its own with a capable drover...

I actually plan to commute in the GT3.
